At present, the Chinese government and people are working hard to fight the epidemic of the new coronavirus. The decisive and effective measures adopted by the Chinese government have won the support and glorification of political parties in many countries. A few days ago, Alaa Aldeek, member of the Central Committee of the Palestine Popular Struggle Front (FLPP)，sent a letter to CARC to express sympathy and support to the Chinese government and people in the fight against the epidemic.
Last June, Alaa Aldeek was invited to participate the First China-Arab Political Party Seminar, which was held by the International Department,Central Committee of CPC and CARC. During the seminar, he visited Beijing, Shanghai, Henan and other places to study and exchange on the political party governance and state governance.
CARC was initiated by President Xi Jinping, which was established in April 2017. It was jointly constructed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Shanghai Municipal Government, and undertook by Shanghai International Studies University. Up to now, ten Arab Officials Seminars and one China-Arab Political Party Seminar have been held. A total of 298 senior officials from Arab countries and the Arab League participated in the seminars, learning from each other, and jointly promoting the exchange of experiences in the governance and reform and development of China and the Arab states. Recently, many participants sent letters to CARC, concerned about China's fight against the virus, and expressed strong support and appreciation of the Chinese government's measures.

On January 24, 2020, the Chinese government declared a national emergency to curb the spread of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic. Let us understand the ability of the CPC, especially General Secretary Xi Jinping, and the great Chinese people to deal with sudden crises through the following analysis.
The response of the Chinese people to this epidemic reminds me of the concept of Harmonious Society mentioned by Chinese philosopher Confucius in The Analects. This thinking profoundly affects the words and deeds of the Chinese people. The most important characteristics are love and respect, the implementation of benevolent government, setting an example, and improving oneself. In fact, the great Chinese Communist Party with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core inherited and carried forward this culture under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics. In addition, we have also seen some videos on the Internet. For example, some cities and villages use drones to patrol and publicize in the residential areas in order to remind citizens to take precautions against infection and transmission of virus. The main publicity contents include: wearing a mask when going out, not going out without special circumstances, and calling for online shopping and online transactions, so that the public can buy necessities without leaving home.
China is also stepping up the optimization of online education and social networking applications to ensure health, education and food security. These measures, on the one hand, blocked the transmission of the virus; on the other hand, they also reassured the public that government provided 24/7 services and care to promote the sustainable development of social security, stability, health and happiness.
