CARC is jointly hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal Government. It is operated by Shanghai International Studies University. Its goal is to further strengthen the exchange of experience between China and Arab countries in governance of country and reform and development, to promote China-Arab friendship and cooperation. CARC makes full use of domestic and foreign advantages in all aspects, innovates organizational forms, reforms management methods, and strives to build a first-class international think tank platform which combines external propaganda and capital. In order to promote the construction of CARC, and to meet the needs of work, we are currently recruiting 2 administrative personnel and 2 academic personnel. The specific announcement is as follows:

1.1 Administration
1. Recruitment position: administrative staff
2. Number of recruits : 2
3. Recruitment conditions:
(1) Postgraduate degree, master's degree or above;
(2) Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and cooperative consciousness ;
(3) Relevant professional backgrounds in political science, foreign language and literature;
(4) A high efficiency of Arabic and English, and a good oral level is preferred;
(5) Strong organizational coordination, language communication, writing ability, execution ability, and certain project planning ability;
(6) The age limit 35 years old;
(7) Good health condition, once hired, can get on the job as soon as possible;
(8) Those with certain work experience are preferred.
5. Job responsibilities:
(1) Assisting in the completion of the administrative work of the center and part of the academic affairs;
(2) Assisting in the completion of foreign affairs work;
(3) Assisting in the exchange and research work with the partner units;
(4) Assisting in the preparation of relevant documents and work reports;
(5) Assisting in the construction of the maintenance of center website and information base;
(6) Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the leadership.

(2) Strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and cooperative consciousness;
(3) A relevant professional backgrounds in political science, foreign language and literature;
(4) A high efficiency of Arabic and English, and a good oral level is preferred;
(5) Strong organizational coordination, language communication, writing ability, execution ability, and certain project planning ability;

5. Job responsibilities:
(1) Assisting in the completion of the academic affairs work and part of the administrative affairs of the Center;
(2) Assisting in the compilation, collection, analysis and integration of academic materials;
(3) Assisting in the completion of the writing of research reports, briefings, etc.;
(4) Assisting in the completion of research and communication with the partner units;
(5) Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the leadership.
2. Employment Treatment
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and the school, we will sign a contract for personnel dispatch, apply for social insurance, salary negotiable.
